Valerie Casado, a world-renowned ceramic artist in France, has spent the last 15 years selling her cherished ceramics exclusively overseas. Her works are only available in Paris, Madrid, Tokyo, and recently in New York and Portland,....and, now at Change Everything.

The black clay she uses is known for its strength and feather-like feel. The imperfections and natural shapes in the edges embody natural life and give endless personality.

Affixed in her pottery are scrapes of lace, jewelry, and Indian stamps that she hunts during flea markets. She also fossilizes in her creations wild flowers and herbs from her garden.

Each piece in handcrafted and one-of-a-kind.
