Refund policy

At Change Everything, we’re not just about selling furniture and accessories. We’re about helping you create a home you love. Our selection is carefully curated, and we’re dedicated to ensuring you find beautiful, quality pieces you’ll cherish for years to come.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 5-day exchange or return policy to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly process a return or exchange for in-store credit, subject to the following terms:

• Restocking Fee: Returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Final Sale Items: Special orders (anything not stocked by Change Everything that we order specifically for your home), seasonal decor, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible shipping, freight, and pickup costs for returned items. In cases of damage or defects, these fees may be waived (see below).
• Professional fees. Once completed, delivery, interior design, and other professional fees are nonrefundable. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

To maintain our high standards of service, we have the following policy for order changes and cancellations:

Timing is Critical: Changes to orders can only be made before they are processed at our warehouse or ordered from our suppliers. Modifications are no longer possible once an order has started the fulfillment process. We strongly advise carefully reviewing your order details, including measurements and delivery paths, before finalizing your purchase.

Measurements & Delivery Access: Customers are solely responsible for verifying that all items will fit through entryways, staircases, elevators, and within the intended space. Change Everything Furniture & Design Solutions is not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered or placed due to size, access limitations, or layout constraints. Special orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for these reasons. Complimentary design assistance or product recommendations provided by our in-store or virtual design team do not include professional measurement services or guarantee fit within the space.

Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be in their original, undamaged condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items that are damaged or exposed to odors such as cigarette or cigar smoke, cannot be returned. 

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@ShopChangeEverything.com within 5 days of receiving your item. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 970-797-0654 or sales@shopchangeeverything.com
• The following photos are required to help us resolve the issue quickly:
  • The unopened box, especially if the outside shows visible damage.
  • The product inside the box.
  • The entire product.
  • Close-ups of any damage.

Restocking fees and return shipping costs will be waived for damaged or defective items.

Wood Characteristics & Defects

At Change Everything, we celebrate the natural beauty and uniqueness of wood. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, showcasing characteristics that make it distinct. Variations in color, grain, and natural markings are not defects but sought-after qualities that add authenticity and charm.

Expected characteristics of wood: Knots, Checking (small cracks), Filler, Mineral Deposits, Grain Differences, and Natural Cracks. These features enhance the wood’s natural appeal and do not compromise the structural integrity of the piece. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike, ensuring that each item possesses its own unique beauty and individuality.

Wood furniture is considered defective only if the issue affects the structural integrity of the piece.
