At Change Everything Furniture & Design Solutions, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers in the contiguous U.S. Please review the following details regarding our shipping procedures:
Order Processing (Fulfillment) Time

In-Stock Items: Orders for items in-stock at the Change Everything showroom and warehouse are processed within 5-7 business days after purchase. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Holidays, system updates, or high-volume periods may extend order processing times.
- Non-Stocked Items: These items may require additional processing time (30-45 days). To speak to someone regarding your order fulfillment time, please call (970) 797-0654 prior to placing an order.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for smaller items via reputable carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated based on the item's size, weight, and destination.
- White-Glove Delivery: For larger furniture pieces, we provide white-glove local delivery for purchases made within our service area. White-glove delivery includes in-home placement, assembly, and packaging removal. Additional fees apply for this premium service.
- LTL Freight: Items over 75lbs will be shipped LTL Freight via a reputable Freight Broker to ensure our customers receive the best pricing possible. Please note that LTL shipments may offer curbside delivery only. Please notify us of your receiving hours to avoid redelivery fees.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Typically, delivery occurs within 5-10 business days after the order has been processed and fulfilled at Change Everything.
- White-Glove Delivery: Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the nature of the item.
- LTL Freight: We work closely with our shipping partners to provide the most accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA). However, please note that shipping delays and timelines are completely out of our control. ETAs are subject to change due to factors such as weather or carrier delays. We will do our best to inform of delays.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available, to monitor your shipment's progress. Please note that tracking is not available to customers on some LTL shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 970-797-0654 or sales@shopchangeeverything.com. To expedite resolution, the following photos are required:
- unopened box (even if it's not damaged),
- the product inside the box,
- the entire product,
- close-ups of any damage
Additional Information
- Assembly: Some items may require assembly.
- Delivery Restrictions: Please ensure that the delivery path and area are clear to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
- Missed Deliveries: If you need to reschedule a delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid potential fees.
