This project began with our client’s vision of transforming an underutilized room into a warm and inviting gathering space for conversation, music, and relaxation. Anchored by a cherished Hubble Telescope photograph, we crafted a beautifully styled and meaningful environment. A carefully selected palette of neutral tones, vibrant accents, layered textures, and organic shapes brought both intimacy and inspiration.
The Mood Board & The Plan
This design combines minimalism and mid-century modern elements, using a neutral palette with vibrant accents to highlight the Hubble Telescope artwork as a focal point. Textures and a blend of organic and geometric shapes create depth and enhance the cosmic feel.
Working With Existing Elements
The bold red accent on the lower wall presented a design challenge, which we embraced as part of the room’s character. Inspired by this feature and the colors in the Hubble photo, we crafted a balanced palette that respects the original space while adding a fresh, inviting look.
