Jaime Cawthron

CEO / Lead Designer

Jaime's journey to Change Everything began in a completely different industry, veterinary medicine. For 17 years, she owned Aspen Grove Veterinary Care, where she discovered the powerful connection between physical spaces and emotional well-being. From the very beginning, she was intentional about creating an environment that didn’t look, feel, or smell clinical. Knowing how deeply pets respond to their owners’ emotions, Jaime designed her hospital to feel warm, calm, and welcoming the moment clients walked through the door.

Over time, that focus on design evolved into a true passion. She designed and managed five major remodels and expansions of the hospital. She realized that she wasn’t just building a better hospital; she was using design to shape an intentional experience for her clients and their pets.

When it came time for the next chapter of her life, purchasing Change Everything felt like a natural fit. It brought together all the things she loves, including furniture, design, creating beautiful and intentional spaces, and building a business from the ground up. At her core, Jaime is an entrepreneur. What she loves most about her work is helping people create homes that make them feel good the moment they walk through the door.

As a former ski racer in her younger years, Jaime still enjoys skiing and teaching others to ski. She values quality time with loved ones and finds joy in laughter and shared moments with family and friends. She has a daughter attending CSU and is married to her best friend, Bobby.

"I am so proud to have a team of stylists who share my unwavering focus on impeccable taste and aesthetic appeal. We aspire to leave a lasting impression on every customer who walks through our doors."

Ky Chavez

Interior Designer

With a childhood penchant for rearranging furniture and a deep understanding of how the ambiance of a room can shape emotions, Ky’s journey into interior design began early. Over the past 7 years, Ky has honed her skills in residential design, space planning, and interior decorating. Her academic foundation in architecture from the University of New Mexico, coupled with specialized training in kitchen and bath design from Front Range Community College, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of design principles.

In 2024, Ky was honored to receive 3rd place for Excellence in Kitchen Design from the Colorado National Kitchen and Bath Association, Rocky Mountain Chapter. This recognition highlights her dedication to crafting innovative personalized interiors that reflect her client’s individuality while promoting harmony, balance, and functionality. Ky’s design philosophy is inspired by blending form with function, ensuring that every space is not only visually pleasing but also serves its intended purpose seamlessly.

“For me, good design isn’t just about aesthetics it’s about creating spaces that resonate with our essence and enhance our well-being. Let’s collaborate to bring your vision to life and create a space that truly feels like home.”
