Our clients purchased this Old Town Fort Collins home as a second home. The house was empty, and the entire space needed to be designed and furnished.

When we first visited, the homeowner had dozens of paint samples taped to the walls. She knew she wanted a casual, earthy feel but was overwhelmed by all the decisions and wasn't sure where to begin.

We started by helping her narrow down the paint colors and establish a direction for the home. We chose a modern rustic style, using natural materials and a mix of textures to bring warmth and interest to the rooms.
