Jaime Cawthron
CEO / Lead Designer
Jaime did not begin her career in furniture or interior design. She began in veterinary medicine.
For 17 years, she owned and managed Aspen Grove Veterinary Care, where she discovered something that would ultimately shape her life’s work: physical environments directly influence emotional well-being. She quickly recognized that when a space feels calm, welcoming, and warm, people relax — and so do their pets.
From the very beginning, Jaime was intentional about creating a veterinary hospital that did not look, feel, or smell clinical. Understanding how deeply animals respond to their owners’ emotions, she designed an environment that immediately put clients at ease the moment they walked through the door.
Over time, she designed and managed five major remodels, including two hospital expansions. Through that process, she realized she wasn’t simply improving a facility — she was shaping the client and patient experience.
That realization became a calling.
After she sold Aspen Grove, the opportunity to purchase Change Everything arose; it felt like a natural evolution. The transition brought together her entrepreneurial spirit, her eye for composition, and her passion for creating intentional, elevated spaces.
Today, as CEO and Lead Designer of Change Everything Furniture & Design Solutions, Jaime is known for her refined aesthetic, thoughtful curation, and unwavering commitment to helping clients create homes that feel composed and deeply personal. Her approach goes beyond selecting furniture. She layers texture, proportion, scale, and materiality with discernment, ensuring each space feels cohesive, elevated, and effortless.
Her philosophy is simple: a well-designed home should not only look beautiful — it should feel right the moment you walk through the door.
Jaime leads a team of professional stylists who share her commitment to impeccable taste and meaningful design. Together, they aspire to leave a lasting impression on every client by creating homes that restore, inspire, and reflect the lives lived within them.
A former ski racer, Jaime still enjoys skiing and teaching others on the slopes. She values quality time with loved ones and finds joy in laughter and connection with family and friends — the same warmth and intentionality she brings to every space she designs.

Interior Design Assistant
Joana is our Interior Design Assistant, bringing both creativity and thoughtful intention to every project she touches. Born and raised in Carbondale, Colorado, she developed an early appreciation for the natural beauty and architectural character of her surroundings — an influence that continues to shape her design perspective today. She attended Colorado State University, where she studied architecture and design, graduating as a proud first-generation college student.
A true creative at heart, Joana is passionate about creating spaces that feel both functional and deeply personal, helping clients feel confident, supported, and excited throughout every stage of the design process. Joana is especially inspired by collaboration and is thrilled to be part of a team that shares her commitment to thoughtful design, meaningful client relationships, and transforming houses into homes.
Annie Lingle
Customer Care Assisant
A Fort Collins native with a passion for soulful design, Annie brings a vibrant and confident energy to the Change Everything showroom. She specializes in helping customers find inspiring pieces that turn a house into a sanctuary, ensuring every client walks away with a timeless look that offers a true sense of belonging.
Whether she’s coordinating store events, managing online orders, or ensuring the showroom is in top-notch shape, Annie’s mission is to make sure every guest feels a warm, contagious sense of comfort the moment they walk through the door.
 Annie takes immense pride in being part of the store’s powerful, (mostly) all-women team and the collaborative spirit they share. When she isn’t at the store, she can be found on the volleyball court or exploring the Colorado outdoors with her dog. As a dedicated shopper who loves finding the perfect, confidence-boosting gift for others, she brings that same joy for helping people feel special into every project she touches.
