What’s the difference between the Room Layout Plan and the Room Refresh Plan?
The Room Layout Plan gives you a professional floor plan with clear furniture placement so your room flows and functions beautifully.
The Room Refresh Plan includes everything in the Layout Plan, plus a curated design board, personalized product picks with shoppable links, and a Signature Style Guide to help you refresh your space with rugs, pillows, lighting, art, and more.
Can you work with the furniture I already own?
Absolutely! Many clients want to keep existing pieces. We’ll create a plan that makes the most of what you already have, and if you’d like to add something new, we’ll recommend the right sizes and placement so everything fits perfectly.
What if I want to buy new furniture?
That’s easy too. Just let us know what pieces you’re considering, and we’ll provide guidance on ideal dimensions and placement. With the Room Refresh Plan, we’ll even recommend shoppable products tailored to your style and budget.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Once you choose your service, you’ll receive a Project Intake & Style Discovery Questionnaire where you’ll upload room photos, a quick room sketch with measurements, and details about your existing furniture, and a few simple questions about your design goals. We’ll walk you through every step.
How long does it take to get my plan?
Most single-room projects are delivered within 7-10 business days once we receive your completed intake form. Open-concept or multi-room projects may take a little longer.
What if I need more than one room?
You can select multiple rooms or an open-concept package during checkout. We also offer optional enhancements like art & wall sizing, gallery wall design, and shelf styling to take your project even further.
How do I use the Style Guide?
The Style Guide is your takeaway resource. It's full of professional tips and visuals. It makes it easy to continue the refreshed look throughout your home if you choose.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, we want you to feel confident in your design. We have a thorough project intake process and if we have questions we'll reach to talk to you. We are excellent listeners and believe in open communication. Each plan includes one round of adjustments so we can refine the layout or product suggestions if needed. We've found that one round is of revisions is enough, but if its not, we'll keep working for you.
Is this service right for me?
Our Virtual Design Services are perfect if you want clarity, flow, and a pulled-together look in your space — without committing to full-service interior design. It’s a flexible, budget-friendly way to get a professional plan you can implement at your pace.
